Digital Media Designer & Video Editor

About the Role We are looking for a motivated Digital Media Designer& Video Editor to join our fun digital marketing team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both design and video, and is comfortable producing content and managing both video shoots and post-production for digital campaigns. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to create visually engaging materials that support brand and campaign objectives. Key Responsibilities Design digital creatives for websites, social media, online ads, and marketing campaigns Produce high-volume short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) efficiently Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, digital platforms, and promotional use Edit raw footage into high-quality videos optimised for different platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Create short-form and long-form video content, including adaptations for vertical formats Perform colour correction, audio enhancement, and video optimisation Support marketing campaigns with visual and video assets Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently Manage various portfolio assets and ensure organised file management Requirements Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience (open to fresh graduates with a strong portfolio) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Familiar with digital and social media formats Comfortable handling cameras, lighting, and audio equipment independently Strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital video formats Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment Good to Have Experience with motion graphics or animation Familiarity with current video and social media trends Photography or videography skills Why Join Us Hands-on exposure to a wide range of digital campaigns and brands Collaborative and supportive agency environment Opportunities for learning and career growth Fast-paced and creative workplace We work hard and play hard too!
