Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Business Analyst You will work in Singapore Government Agencies Internal Code: A26222 This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 12 months. What will you do? Strong proficiency in system solutioning, data structures analysis, and delivering robust applications. Solid understanding of product management fundamentals along with practical experience in designing secured applications. Hands-on experience leading the team using orchestration on low-code platforms. Design and implement workflow systems, including working with dynamic case management, system integrations, payment and accounting functions, reporting, batch jobs, authentication flows and external data sources. Experience designing cloud application, ability to plan and execute integration with various external systems. 5 years of experience in the Tungsten Automation application platforms and Decisions application platform will be a strong advantage, as our main application is built on such platforms. Experience integrating other systems capabilities into platform workflows is particularly valued. Hands-on experience in delivering at least one full project development life cycle in the above application platform(s) will be an added advantage. Experience in one or more of the following processes and infrastructure areas: Agile processes and practices. Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) with government’s SHIP/HATS. Cloud platforms such as AWS or GCC. Data migration and document migration. What are we looking for? Lead stakeholder engagement across diverse applications and managed multi-system integrations to elicit, analyse and document complex business requirements. Analyse the Ministry of Law (MinLaw)’s needs, scope the problem and develop business case to address the problem. Design and facilitate strategic workshops and progress updates with senior stakeholders to align vision and priorities. Document requirements, source and evaluate alternatives, and recommend solution that best fits the MinLaw’s needs. Work with MinLaw and apps vendor on the solutions and design to seek clarification and acceptance. Design, develop and deliver working software applications to delight customers. Improve software quality using practices such as process flows, data flows, wireframes, prototyping, user journey and POCs. Prepare architectural and other technical documents. Assist PO on user stories elaboration. Assist FM on build and release deployment. Work with MinLaw users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution. Assess business needs for service requests and the impact of enhancements to the system. Assess problem resolution approach and implement effective service recovery of ICT incidents and establish systems and processes to prevent recurrence of the same incident. Understand the IT management policy, quality management policy and security guidelines (such as government’s IM8 policy) to ensure the development processes, procedures and system are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines. Collaborate with product owners, users, architects, operations teams, cybersecurity stakeholders and other vendors to deliver solutions that are practical, secure and aligned with MinLaw’s priorities.
