Customer Service Cum Sales (Retail)

Location: Balestier Road (Near Novena MRT) Employment Type: Full-time Salary SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,800 per month + Sales Commission Working Hours 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Work Schedule 5-day work week (Rest Days: Sunday & Monday), or 6-day work week (Rest Day: Monday) Alternative rest day arrangements may be considered based on operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers. Introduce and recommend products based on customers' needs. Handle customer enquiries and follow up where required. Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records. Replenish stock and maintain a clean, organised retail environment. Support daily store operations and work towards sales targets. Job Requirements Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer literacy is preferred.
