Oversee day-to-day operations, including team supervision in their daily. Managing staff rosters, resource planning and slots management. Attend and welcome visitors and customers by providing satisfactory customers service. Initiate cold calls to customers to secure service bookings and increase client engagement. Deliver attentive customer service to address client inquiries and enhance satisfaction. Manage, mentor and coach the relevant team members to achieve quality and productivity for optimal customer experience. Train and upskill new and existing team members of the team, and provide actionable feedback. Maintain customer records and monitor their appointment. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Perform day-end sales settlement to ensure accurate financial records.
