Job Summary You will develop creative design concepts and solutions for festive events and branding, collaborating with teams to exceed client expectations while ensuring brand consistency and staying current with design trends. Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and design solutions for festive celebrations and events, including branding, marketing materials, websites, and social media content Collaborate closely with creative and client teams to understand requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations Ensure design consistency and maintain brand integrity across all projects Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance design quality Recommend and implement changes to improve design production processes Required competencies and certifications Minimum Higher Nitec (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Product Design, or related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software Ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs through strong conceptual and creative thinking Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or product design role Preferred competencies and qualifications Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and unique visual style Other Information What we offer - At Acts Group Pte Ltd, we provide a supportive and rewarding work environment with competitive salary, professional development opportunities, work insurance, and flexible work arrangements.
