Site Manager

Job description: Work closely with our Project Management team to ensure success of the project. Based on project requirement, plan, organize and manage our in-house construction team to execute the works on schedule, with good quality and safety. Monitor & control the usage of material, manpower and machinery used on site. Devise and propose construction methodologies that will improve constructability, quality and safety. Provide support to colleagues to ensure that they can complete the assigned work Provide on-the-job training to colleagues Manage and control manpower budget Job requirement: At least 10 years of Construction Implementation experience using direct workforce Deep experience in piping and equipment installation Good experience in Testing and Commissioning of Process Utilities Experience in other utility systems is an advantage Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Email Excellent project control and people management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills
