Programme Manager, Research & Strategic Projects Join a team driving research and innovation in public policies. This role offers the opportunity to manage research projects, engage key stakeholders, and translate findings into meaningful outcomes that support learning and policy development. Responsibilities Manage and monitor research projects, ensuring quality delivery and timely completion. Coordinate research operations, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Facilitate collaboration between researchers, institutions, and other partners. Track budgets, procurement processes, and vendor engagements. Prepare project updates, reports, briefing materials, and presentations. Support the translation of research findings into practical recommendations and resources. Contribute to programme evaluation, capability development, and strategic initiatives. Requirements Degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Sciences, Research, or a related discipline. At least 1 year of research or project management experience; academic research experience will be considered. Strong project coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills (will be advantageous) Experience in research methods, programme evaluation, or data analysis. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, Python, or Excel.
