Finance Operations Analyst (Insurance | Financial Reporting)

The Opportunity Opportunity to work for one of the leading financial service providers and insurance company Great exposure to learn about banking products and services domain Location at Pasir Panjang The Job Support the monthly financial book close in line with group financial reporting and local regulatory reporting timeline for Finance Operations with principal areas covering distribution, health, and fixed asset-related process. Support daily monitoring of batch run from “Distribution Management System” (DMS) and promptly managing any remediation actions of any exemptions. Support Distribution team with monthly schedules and aging schedules. Support the product development team and system Day2 IT change request activities as the main finance subject matter expert (SME). Work with the Distribution function [Distribution Support Services (DSS) and Distribution Performance Management (DPM)] to ensure correct booking align to the production period and insurance fund. Support in managing the end user computing (EUC) controls for Finance Operations. Commission and Distribution accounts related “Balance sheet substantiation and reconciliation” support to distribution team The Talent Degree in accounting and finance Part / full Perfectional qualification in accounting and finance 2-3 years’ experience in finance operations preferably in Life insurance industry Prior experience in managing insurance commission & distribution cost booking will be advantageous. Ability to adapt to the current GL and policy admin system and operational simplifications using Alteryx , Power builder and AI will be an added advantage.
