Hnw Case Manager

The HNW Case Manager supports Insurance Brokers throughout the sales process (pre-sales & post-sales) , ensuring smooth execution of client cases and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Provide sales support to Insurance Brokers Liaise with Insurance Brokers, Clients and external party to arrange medical appointments and prepare documentations (onboarding and policy) Submission of application documentation Monitor and update Insurance Brokers on their pipeline and cases, ensuring all sales meetings are accurately maintained in the system. Ensure all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and insurance company due diligence standards. Manage all assigned cases through to completion, including follow-ups and negotiations with insurers, underwriters and Compliance team Requirements 1-3 years of experience as Retail/HNW Case Manager High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills to deal with HNW clients Vernon Quek EA License No: 91C2918 Personnel Registration Number: R23111972
