Program Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Adecco is partnering with a leading MNC in tech industry to look for a GTM Program Manager Location: Singapore (Onsite) Contract Duration: 12 Months About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive cross-functional Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Operations and regional teams to ensure successful program execution, stakeholder alignment and business impact. You will play a key role in coordinating strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, driving operational excellence and identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate cross-functional GTM programs and business initiatives from planning through execution. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution readiness. Monitor program performance, analyze metrics and identify actions required to achieve business goals. Track milestones, risks, dependencies and stakeholder readiness across multiple workstreams. Develop executive-level status updates, reports and communications. Drive process improvements, automation opportunities and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency. Create and maintain program documentation, communication materials and enablement resources. Manage stakeholder engagement and issue resolution across global teams. Requirements Must-Have Skills 5+ years of experience in Program Management, GTM Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations or related functions. Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder management skills. Experience using AI tools and automation solutions to improve business processes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and evolving environment. Preferred Experience Experience supporting GTM initiatives, product launches, sales enablement or marketing operations programs. Experience in a technology, SaaS, digital advertising or large-scale agency environment.
