Process Engineer (Semiconductor, East/North)

Location: North/East Working hours: Mon to Fri, office hours The Job: Monitor and analyze SPC/ESPC performance, investigate process excursions, maintain control charts, and drive improvements in process capability (Cp/Cpk). Perform data analysis using tools such as JMP, Klarity ACE, SPACE, and PROMIS to support DOE studies, yield improvement, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Lead process change management activities, including PCRB, qualifications, recipe validation, and documentation updates to ensure process compliance and successful implementation. Drive new process and equipment startup, qualification, and acceptance, working closely with Equipment Engineering to ensure timely deployment and robust process performance. Identify chronic process and yield issues. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, collaborate across Manufacturing, Equipment, and Quality teams, and ensure compliance with TS16949 quality standards and best-practice benchmarking initiatives.
