Job Summary As a Recruitment Consultant, you will drive sales activities, build client relationships, source top talent, manage pipelines to meet targets, negotiate deals, and support candidate care and recruitment administration within a collaborative team. Responsibilities Build and maintain new client relationships to expand business opportunities in a sales-driven environment Source high-quality talent using business contacts, referrals, LinkedIn, and job board advertising to meet client needs Plan and manage your schedule to develop and maintain a recruitment pipeline that achieves individual and team targets Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients and candidates to secure mutually beneficial outcomes Collaborate effectively within a team to contribute to collective recruitment success Deliver excellent candidate care and manage recruitment databases and administrative tasks efficiently Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or degree with 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related business field Demonstrated passion for identifying talent needs and guiding candidates toward suitable career paths Strong drive to succeed in sales and proactive communication skills Proven ability to work independently under pressure, take initiative, and contribute as a team player
