Build and develop relationships with business partners within the automotive industry by expanding distribution channels and ensuring auto loan applications processing turnaround time are met. 2. Implement distinctive digital business solutions to grow customer base through networking and engagement. 3. Support strategic business plans, including active sales pipeline to increase market share and presence as well as participate in product innovation. Key Accountabilities 1. Provide comprehensive account management services to automotive partners for auto loan financing solutions 2. Work with business development directors to maintain and establish strong partners relationships and drive business to achieve profitable growth. 3. Support and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns to acquire new customers and increase market share through various business acquisition channels. 4. Keep abreast of industry changes and provide market intelligence to management and product teams for strategic planning. 5. Taking ownership of assigned key accounts and complying with regulators and bank’s policies. Job Duties & Responsibilities 1. Assess, review and process auto loan applications of assigned key accounts to meet customer needs. 2. Ensure that the loan processing turnaround time and operational efficiency are met. 3. Timely processing of partners invoices in order for the loans to be disbursed seamlessly. 4. Handholding of key accounts to provide best in class service to automotive partners and customers 5. Contribute and participate in business strategies planning and marketing activities to grow business volume and market share. 6. Work with business development directors in providing weekly and monthly market insights and intelligence on competitors and industry updates through business development reports. 7. Work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders 8. Support the execution of marketing plans and strategies to drive market share and profitability of the business.
