The Opportunity: Permanent Role Office Location: Central Working Hours: Mon to Fri $7,500 - $8,500 + AWS + Bonus Adecco is partnering with a Global Leader in Heavy Vehicle & Automotive The Job: Lead dealer network expansion and aftermarket readiness by evaluating new dealer appointments, facility upgrades, and service capability development across the region. Drive retail and aftersales performance through KPI monitoring, gap analysis, and implementation of corrective actions to improve operational and financial results. Develop, implement, and enforce dealer operating standards, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across importer and dealer networks. Deploy and sustain aftersales systems, tools, and retail initiatives (e.g., workshop planning, dealer management systems, roadside support programs) in alignment with regional and global strategies. Build importer and dealer capabilities through training, audits, best-practice sharing, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance service quality, customer experience, and network profitability.
