Student Support Officer (1 Year | Up To $2.5K)

Job Summary Support students through mentoring, engagement activities, and behaviour management initiatives while working closely with school staff and parents to promote positive student development and discipline. Responsibilities Provide one-to-one mentoring and support to students, including those with behavioural or disciplinary challenges. Build positive relationships with students to encourage personal growth, motivation, and well-being. Plan and facilitate motivational talks, engagement activities, and character development programmes. Support the school in gathering information and assisting with student discipline matters. Conduct after-school neighbourhood patrols to engage and monitor students where required. Work closely with parents and guardians on student behaviour, discipline, and development. Assist the Discipline Team with administrative and ad-hoc duties related to student management.
