Marketing Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Executive to enhance brand visibility and engagement through social media, content creation, and integrated marketing campaigns, while supporting event coordination, corporate communications, and performance tracking to drive data-informed marketing strategies. Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies and content schedules to increase brand engagement on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook Update and maintain the company website, analyzing performance metrics to identify and implement improvements Conduct research and write high-quality briefs, talking points, media responses, white papers, and materials for media and association engagement Coordinate logistics and provide speaker support for corporate and client-facing events Manage end-to-end corporate gifting processes, including sourcing and distribution Support process improvement initiatives to streamline marketing workflows and increase operational efficiency Track, analyze, and report on online and offline campaign results to measure success and optimize marketing strategies Perform other ad-hoc marketing duties as assigned by the Director Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 2–4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing and event coordination Proficient command of English for effective marketing writing and content development Experience using Google Analytics for data analysis Strong skills in social media management, content creation, and marketing data analysis Effective organizational, communication, and coordination skills to collaborate within a team environment Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience with Pardot marketing automation platform
