Job Summary Lead sales operations across multiple branches, drive frontline staff performance, and coordinate marketing campaigns to achieve business growth. Responsibilities Lead and oversee sales performance across all branches to meet revenue targets Monitor daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Motivate and train frontline staff to enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness Implement company campaigns and events in coordination with branch teams to maximize impact Collaborate with HQ’s digital marketing team to align branch activities with marketing campaigns Manage recruitment processes to attract and onboard qualified new staff members
