Job Description Manage commercial operations for both owned and third-party fleet trading worldwide. Post fixture management - freight/hire payables and receivables, laytime calculations, vessel performance reviews. Optimizing voyages and maximizing revenue. Handle bunker procurement and management. Timely update voyage data on digital platform (IMOS) & generate routine reports on vessels' commercial performance. Coordinate with external parties (Agents/Charterers/Owners etc.) to expedite voyages efficiently. Review Port Disbursement Accounts (DAs). Basic understanding of insurance and claim handling Manage all other voyage relevant invoices effectively and timely. Provide general administrative support to the team leader as needed. Requirements Minimally a Degree, preferably in Maritime/Business. Have at least 5 years of relevant experience as an Operations Executive in Commercial operations. Have relevant experience as an Operations Executive in Commercial operations for various sizes such as Supramax / Ultramax / Panamax / Kamsarmax. Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience as Operations Executive, may be considered. Possess strong administrative, planning, and implementation skills. Demonstrate fluency in English with excellent writing skills to communicate with external parties (Agents/Charterers/Owners etc.). Must have bulk carrier experience.
