About this role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Production Process – Understand the company's product processes and requirements, production documentation, and training support. 2. Incoming Quality Control (IQC) – Be familiar with the dimensions, appearance, and judgment criteria of raw materials; assist in inspection and prepare incoming inspection reports. 3. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) – Monitor the quality of the production process, ensuring that semi-finished and finished products at each workstation comply with the standard operating procedures specified in the control plan documents, and provide IPQC monitoring reports. 4. Finished Product Inspection (FQA) – Conduct final confirmation of finished products before warehousing. Confirm dimensions, strength, appearance standards, and packaging quantities according to product drawings, then release and sign for warehousing, and provide an FQA inspection report. 5. Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) – Outgoing quality control. Responsible for the final inspection of products before shipment, ensuring that the quality of delivered products meets customer standards, preventing unqualified products from leaving the factory, and providing OQC reports. 6. Internal and External Calibration of Company Equipment and Instruments – Establish ledgers for all measuring tools, testing instruments, and experimental equipment within the factory, recording serial numbers, models, accuracy, workstations used, calibration cycles, and last calibration dates. Develop annual/monthly instrument calibration plans, distinguishing between external calibration (third-party organizations) and internal calibration (internal verification), and execute them according to the plan. Liaise with external metrology organizations to arrange instrument calibrations, follow up on certificate issuance, and verify calibration certificate data and validity periods. Maintain all calibration certificates, original verification data, calibration records, and equipment history records, classifying and archiving them to meet customer audit and ISO system audit requirements. Required reports include a list of measuring tool calibrations and calibration records. 7. Responsible for the entire certification process for all company products, such as: · Responsible for matters related to UL, ISO,ASTA, CE, 3C, Singapore local certifications, etc., following up on new certification applications, annual audits, and certificate renewals. · Organize and archive all certification certificates, test reports, and technical documents, establishing a document library for easy access by the production line and customers. · Liaise with third-party testing agencies to arrange product sample testing, track testing progress, and coordinate the rectification of non-conforming products. · Record testing issues, develop rectification plans, implement improvement measures in the production workshop, and conduct retesting until the product is qualified. 8. Assist and complete other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor. Requirements and experience: Must hold at least a National Trade certificate or a secondary school "O" level certificate. One year of work experience in manufacturing or a related industry is preferred. Proficiency in operating test equipment such as parametric analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector analyzers, power supplies, signal generators, digital multimixers, and curve tracers is preferred. Energetic, with strong analytical skills, able to multitask, persistent, and eager to succeed and innovate in the industry. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team. Must be able to read and write Chinese and communicate with staff at the China headquarters. Note: Candidates should be prepared to attend one to two months of relevant training at the China manufacturing facility, if required.
