Coordinator Job Description & Requirements Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and co-ordinate sub-contract works. · Ensure timely delivery of projects accordingly to schedules. · Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants and clients for execution of works. · Ensure compliance with all safety and quality procedures and standards. · File up proper reports and documentation before and after project completion. · Work with multi-nation worker like India/Bangladesh/Phlipine/Mayanmar & local nation etc. Physically fit & ability to work outdoors/indoor or any other place instructed by company in Singapore at considerable heights Must be fully vaccinated · Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities relating to the project · Monitor and control material management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage. · To carry out site supervision and installation of plumbing & sanitary pipe work. · Analyze jobs and work order requests to plan material, labor, and time requirements and provide costs estimates when required · Works under pressure. · Cleaning in site properly. · Willing to work construction project may be long hours. · Must work Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday if required. · Site Cable pulling works at renovation works. · Planning to carry on site work and attend the entire site meeting. · Conduct site safety meeting on regular basis. · Site work and attend inspection with RTO. · Painting of ducting materials where its need & all other painting works. · Mixing of painting and other pigment to make color. · Painting with hand brass and roller to make painting area smooth. · Hacking of concrete wall. Removed hacking materials from site to removing tong. · Preparation of cementing works. Mixing concrete with sand/cement/stone/water. Cary it on site. · Dismantled sanitary pipe. · Removed ducting material /sanitary material/ etc. · Preparation painting for building wall by sanding or other cleaning tools. · Installation glass and aluminium frame of the building. · Removed or renovation of old glass and aluminium materials. · Clean/ loading it for removing it’s from working site. Requirements · Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC other relevant qualifications.
