This is an entry-level role focused on executing and supporting social media content for Adrenalin Group's own channels. Fresh graduates with strong interest in social media, content creation, and on-the-ground storytelling are welcome to apply. What you'll be doing Execute day-to-day management of Adrenalin Group's social media channels across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as required Support content planning, including contributing ideas and organising content into content calendars Capture daily behind-the-scenes content at the office, meetings, and internal activities Be on-site for events, activations, and shoots to capture real-time content such as photos, short-form videos, stories, and reels Create and adapt social media content including captions, visuals, and short videos, following brand guidelines and tone of voice Schedule and publish content consistently using approved tools and workflows Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, supporting basic community engagement Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and support simple reporting Maintain organised records of content, assets, and approvals Stay aware of social media trends, formats, and platform features to improve content execution What we’re looking for Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling Comfortable being on-site and capturing content in real-world, fast-moving environments Able to work hands-on with phones, cameras, and basic editing tools Clear and concise written communication skills Basic proficiency in Canva, Capcut and simple video editing tools Familiarity with common social media platforms and content formats Exposure to social media management or content creation is a plus, but not required Why Join Us At Adrenalin, we value initiative, ownership, and people who want to grow.
