Learning & Development (L&D) Executive

Our client is a specialty luxury retail group with multi-brand and standalone boutiques across the Asia Pacific region offering the finest selection of luxury products. They are looking for someone who will provide support across a wide spectrum of training programmes and team member initiatives from onboarding new hires and helping them to assimilate into their dynamic organization culture. Responsibilities Responsible for organizing and managing the logistics of new team members orientation and training activities Coordinate training programmes held externally - liaise with all relevant parties and ensure evaluations are completed and analyzed for reporting Maintain training records in the HR/Learning Management System Create learning events in online system and liaise with providers Generate training evaluation reports for managements review Assist in ad-hoc tasks / projects as requested Requirements Diploma in Human Resource Management or Hospitality / Management Minimum 1 year of working experience with a strong focus on L&D will be preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and who are proficient in software as well as web-based tools An excellent communicator with good command of English in both written and verbal Individual who is analytical, meticulous and organized, capable of working independently and being a good team player What's next?
