Advance Law LLC Advance Law LLC is an established Singapore law firm dedicated to providing practical, reliable and client-focused legal services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our Litigation Department and support our lawyers in managing a wide range of contentious matters. Job Summary The Litigation Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Litigation team, assisting lawyers throughout all stages of litigation matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in case preparation, document management, court filings, client communication, and ensuring that matters are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Assist lawyers in managing civil, commercial, criminal and family litigation matters from commencement to completion. Draft and prepare legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, submissions, witness statements and court forms. Prepare court bundles, hearing bundles, trial bundles and authorities bundles. Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries where required. File court documents through the eLitigation system and ensure compliance with court timelines and procedural requirements. Monitor court dates, filing deadlines and lawyers' calendars. Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, government agencies, courts and other law firms. Arrange client meetings, court attendances and appointments. Maintain accurate and organised physical and electronic case files. Review and organise documentary evidence and prepare chronologies. Assist with discovery, document production and trial preparation. Prepare invoices, monitor disbursements and assist with file administration. Perform general administrative duties and provide support to the Litigation Department as required. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related discipline. At least 1–3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a Singapore law firm is preferred. Candidates with relevant legal executive experience are welcome to apply. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in litigation may also be considered. Familiarity with the Singapore Rules of Court and litigation procedures is an advantage. Experience using the eLitigation system will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Able to prioritise work effectively and manage multiple deadlines.
