About this role

The primary role of the Tax and Finance Analyst is to ensure the company tax and financial accounting and reporting are compliance with the local financial reporting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities To ensure quality and integrity of the financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) under the Advantest Group reporting and the local statutory reporting requirement. To prepare and file local financial statements, tax returns and other local statutory reports on a timely basis. To prepare regional budget on semi-annually, keep track the monthly actual vs budget and analyse the variance. To prepare analysis of tax related matter and support tax audits. To prepare financial analysis and support local statutory audits. To perform monthly account reconciliation To enhance the company tax compliance by providing training, advice, and identifying and implementing process improvement. Manage communication related to tax risks on business transactions and collaborate with internal teams to assist business transactions and provide assistant to global accounting team. Manage regional GL support activities. Participate in other projects and complete ad-hoc assignments as assigned. Key Competencies Skills Analytical skills Microsoft office Experience in ERP such as Oracle or SAP Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
