Role Overview As an AquaFlask Experience Ambassador , you’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, recommending products, and offering personalisation options through in-store engraving. We’re looking for individuals who are friendly, customer-focused, and passionate about lifestyle products and sustainable hydration. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations. Share product and engraving knowledge confidently. Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets. Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and display standards. Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately. Assist with stock counts, restocking, and general store operations. Requirements Good communication skills; fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus). Energetic, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
