IT Support Engineer

IT Support Executive Salary: SGD 2,800–3,300 Working Hours: 6 Days Work (Rotating Shift) Key Requirements: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in IT support. Experience supporting Windows PCs, laptops, printers, networks, firewalls and basic servers. Able to troubleshoot independently under time-sensitive situations. Good English communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Provide end-user IT support. Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software. Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues. Support basic server, firewall and Wi-Fi operations. Perform other IT duties as assigned. Additional Requirements: Must be willing to work a rotating 6-day work schedule. Must remain on standby during off days and report to work when operationally required. May be required to work weekends and public holidays depending on operational needs.
