Senior Engineer, Mechanical

Job Description: Lead the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for infrastructure and building projects Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and timely delivery Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to optimize mechanical designs Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and reports Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality control measures Participate in client meetings and present technical solutions Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on design and development of building services Proven track record of successfully leading complex mechanical engineering projects Experience working with and coordinating multidiscipline design teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in project management and budget control Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
