Executive Quantity Surveyor, M&E

The Executive Quantity Surveyor will manage mechanical and electrical cost estimation, contract administration, and design proposal evaluations. They are responsible for maintaining client relationships, preparing contract documents, and ensuring project costs align with budget and performance standards. Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. A minimum of 4-5 years of postgraduate experience in design, supervision, or cost estimation within the construction industry is required.
