Job Summary Leads design excellence, client relationships and business growth within the hospitality sector. Drives the delivery of major projects and strengthens market presence through design leadership, client engagement and the development of high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Lead major hospitality and mixed-use projects from concept through completion. Build and sustain strategic relationships with clients, operators and key stakeholders. Drive design innovation and elevate design standards across projects and teams. Lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams. Drive business development, market engagement and the growth of the hospitality practice. Key Competencies Proven leadership in design, project delivery and business development. Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to lead, develop and inspire high-performing teams. Strong commercial awareness and project judgement. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. Experience & Profile Large-scale project experience including integrated resorts, hotels, retail and mixed-use developments. Strong design leadership combined with delivery and documentation expertise. Experience building client relationships, securing opportunities and contributing to business growth. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Experience working across Asia and international markets is highly desirable.
