Resident Architect (Contract)

Contract Duration: Immediate till 30 June 2027 Key Responsibilities: Supervise and inspect architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and authorities’ requirements Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and the project team on site matters and technical issues Review and monitor shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project quality standards and timelines Identify and resolve design discrepancies, site issues, and construction challenges Attend site meetings and provide updates on architectural progress Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Assist in resolving Requests for Information (RFIs) and site instructions Support the project team in inspections, testing and commissioning processes Maintain proper documentation and site …
