Job Summary Lead the creation and management of innovative menus while ensuring high-quality dish preparation and fresh ingredients. Oversee inventory, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and supervise kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Develop and introduce new and innovative menu items to enhance customer satisfaction Manage and update the overall menu to align with culinary trends and business goals Ensure the highest quality standards in the preparation and presentation of dishes Monitor ingredient freshness and quality to maintain superior food standards Conduct regular inventory checks of food, beverages, cooking supplies, tools, and equipment Prepare dishes strictly according to established menus to ensure consistency Inspect inventory levels regularly to prevent shortages and overstocking Place timely orders for kitchen supplies to maintain uninterrupted operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and related supplies to meet health standards Prepare special dishes tailored to guests’ dietary requirements and preferences Lead, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve operational excellence and teamwork Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous experience working as a Chef for several years Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen teams Excellent organizational and time-management skills to optimize kitchen workflow Ability to motivate others and lead by example in a fast-paced environment In-depth knowledge of current cooking trends and best culinary practices
