Building Manager/ Up To $7.5K

8–15 years of experience in commercial or institutional building/facilities management. Proven leadership experience managing Building Executives, M&E teams, and service vendors. Strong knowledge of building operations , preventive and corrective maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and statutory compliance. Experienced in budget planning (CAPEX/OPEX) , tendering, contract administration, vendor performance management, and defect rectification. Familiar with Green Mark requirements, fire safety regulations, and liaising with government authorities. Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Degree or Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
