Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Manager to oversee all aspects of security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our people, premises, and assets. The successful candidate will lead the security team, implement security strategies, maintain regulatory compliance, and liaise with clients, authorities, and relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily security operations to ensure effective protection of people, premises, and assets Lead, coach, and develop security personnel to enhance team performance and maintain high operational standards Develop, review, and implement security policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and contingency plans to mitigate risks Conduct security risk assessments, investigations, and incident reporting to identify vulnerabilities and improve safety measures Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies to uphold legal and operational standards Liaise with clients, government agencies, and law enforcement authorities to coordinate security efforts and maintain strong partnerships Oversee deployment planning, manpower scheduling, and operational performance to optimize resource allocation Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, to detect and respond to security incidents promptly Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvements to enhance security effectiveness and efficiency Required competencies and certifications Valid Singapore Police Force Police Regulatory Department (PRD) Security Officer License Chief Security Officer (CSO) rank holder WSQ Diploma in Security Management Minimum 5 years of security management or supervisory experience in commercial, industrial, or residential security operations Strong knowledge of Singapore security regulations and industry best practices Preferred competencies and qualifications Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills demonstrated through managing security teams and stakeholder engagement Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report writing to produce clear and accurate operational documentation Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies ensuring safety and continuity Other Information We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Performance-based incentives Opportunities for career development and professional training Supportive and professional working environment
