Our team of skilled professionals works collaboratively in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of hydraulic pumps, actuators, valves and flight controls for commercial aircraft across the Asia-Pacific region. About the role We are seeking an experienced Operations & Facility Manager to join our team at our Changi North Region location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in managing all operational and facility functions within our facility. Key Responsibilities are to lead daily operations, optimize manpower and resources, and ensure efficient, safe, and compliant business operations. The role is responsible for overseeing production equipment reliability, handling facility and infrastructure maintenance, ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance, managing budgets and departmental performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence. This role is integral to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting our growth objectives in the aerospace components sector. What we're looking for 10+ years of experience in operations management or facility management within aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors Demonstrated expertise in managing facilities, maintenance operations, and capital projects in regulated environments Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations, quality standards (such as AS9100 or equivalent), and compliance requirements Proven track record of leading and developing teams in operational roles Excellent budget management, cost control, and financial analysis skills Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency Proficiency in facility management systems, maintenance software, and operational planning tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines A commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and compliance Relevant qualifications such as a Degree in Engineering is preferred Experience in Singapore's regulatory environment and familiarity with local aviation or aerospace operations is advantageous What we offer We offer a supportive work environment where your expertise and contributions are recognised and valued, alongside standard employment benefits and a commitment to employee wellbeing.
