Production Planning Coordinator

Location: EAST Working hour: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:35pm Responsibilities: Support the Production Planners for any day-to-day administrative work, including working closely with various supporting functions on the timely closure of any outstanding task or issue Support the Production Planners to develop and create comprehensive production schedules that align with customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery within the specified turn-around time Get to experience and oversee the entire MRO process (from induction to deliveries) of aerospace components as the main local point of contact, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Executes plans that are aimed at improving communication efficiency and streamlining operational processes within the production planning domain Monitor and collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, logistics, procurement, customer event managers and QA teams to ensure the highest level of standards for aerospace components, meeting customer demands and needs effectively Requirement: Minimum Diploma in relevant field Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint is preferred Familiarity with Data Analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong problem-solving, analytic prioritization, and multi-tasking skills Highly motivated, self-driven, and result-oriented individual Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within the aerospace company
