Job Summary Manage daily accounting functions and support financial operations to ensure accurate reporting and compliance in a beauty and wellness company. Responsibilities Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger to maintain accurate financial records Prepare and post journal entries and process payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions Perform account reconciliations and track expenses to verify accuracy and control costs Submit quarterly GST reports in compliance with regulatory requirements Manage debtor and creditor accounts to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships Support audit preparation by organizing financial documentation and responding to auditor inquiries Communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking customers to resolve accounting-related queries Assist with administrative and finance-related tasks to support overall department efficiency Required competencies and certifications GCE ‘O’ Level and LCCI in Accounting Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong teamwork and communication skills Preferred competencies and qualifications Knowledge of Navision or Odoo accounting software Other Information Location: Near DT28 Kaki Bukit MRT 5-day work week Benefits Friendly and supportive work environment Medical and Hospitalisation benefits Career growth opportunities Work-life balance
