General Cleaner

Key Responsibilities Carry out daily cleaning of common areas, offices, facilities, and designated work areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and maintain floors in accordance with company standards. Clean toilets, washrooms, pantry areas, and replenish consumables when required. Empty rubbish bins, collect refuse, and dispose of waste at designated collection points. Clean windows, glass panels, lift lobbies, staircases, corridors, and other common areas. Maintain cleanliness of bin centres, refuse chutes, and surrounding areas. Perform basic housekeeping duties and spot cleaning whenever required. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, scrubber dryers, high-pressure jet washers, and other cleaning machinery where applicable. Handle cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with company procedures. Report defects, hazards, or maintenance issues to the Site Supervisor. Comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform any other cleaning duties assigned by the Supervisor or Operations Team. Job Requirements No prior experience required; training will be provided. Relevant cleaning experience will be an advantage. Physically fit and able to perform manual work. Responsible, punctual, and reliable. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Able to communicate in basic English or Mandarin (other languages are an advantage). Willing to work weekends, public holidays, or shifts where required. Must comply with company safety procedures and grooming standards.
