Senior Architect

Senior Architect Our firm is seeking an experienced Senior Architect. This role requires demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects in Singapore from inception through construction and handover. Core Responsibilities: Project Leadership: · Lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of architectural service · Ensuring adherence to project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Statutory Compliance: · Serve as the appointed QP Assistant, · Taking responsibility for the preparation, coordination, and submission of all necessary documents to local authorities. Design Implementation: · Ensure the technical execution and documentation align with the firm's design intent and quality standards. Stakeholder Coordination: · Act as the primary technical interface with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage site administration and resolve issues effectively during the construction phase. Team Mentorship: · Provide technical guidance and mentorship tojunior staff. Essential Requirements: BOA Registration: · Must be a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore. Experience: · Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant post-registration architectural experience, with a proven history of successfully completing local projects. Technical Expertise: · Strong working knowledge of Singapore building codes, systems, and detailing practices. Software Proficiency: · Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop Attributes: · Exceptional leadership, organizational, and technical communication skills are required.
