Laundry Supervisor (Sign On Reward)

Responsibilities: Manage the overall daily operations of the linens section Ensure quality controls are in place for all linens processes Assigns and instructs the team on work to be performed Provides training to the laundry team Assigns schedules and duties to laundry staff as per business needs Assists in the recruitment and selection of laundry personnel Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the linen area Ensure employee observance of safety practices Requirements: Minimum PSLE qualification or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with operational backgrounds from other industries are welcome to apply Independent staff with strong leadership skills
