Senior Quantity Surveyor (Siphonic Drainage System)

Job Responsibilities Prepare quotations, tenders, and cost estimates for siphonic drainage system projects. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and project cost analysis. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts. Monitor project budgets and cost control. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers. Maintain project documentation and contract records. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry. Experience in M&E or plumbing/rainwater drainage works is preferred. Good knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software. Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
