Project Manager

Job Description Plans and controls the execution of the project. Prepares the manpower, machinery and materials requirement on site. To confirm the duration of each critical activity and construction programme. Regulates current activities with regards to work methods, technical solutions, resources input and other operational details. Delegate duties to respective site personnel such as Foreman, Project Engineers, Safety Officer, Quantity Surveyor and Site Clerk. Co-ordinates matters pertaining to site progress. Manpower and machinery utilisation, mobilisation schedule, certification of payment, site disputes, planning of site facilities and workers quarters etc. Communicates and maintains public relation with relevant parties and local authorities. Prepare and compile site progress reports for progress claims and monitoring project activities. To verify work done by subcontractors. To carry out other site works job duties as instructed. Requirements Candidate to possess Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and relevant certificates. At least 5 years of working experience in the construction field. Preferably with Class 3 Driving licence. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
