About this role

Lead the end-to-end management of Learning and Development programs to build workforce capability and support organizational priorities. Partner with divisions to execute Talent and Culture initiatives, including succession planning, engagement surveys, and leadership coaching. The candidate must be able to translate business strategy into learning solutions and manage the full L&D lifecycle. Experience in partnering with HR Business Partners to diagnose team effectiveness and embed organizational culture is required.
