About this role

Conduct investigations into complaints and misconduct while reviewing marketing materials and sales activities to mitigate regulatory risks. Partner with stakeholders to deliver compliance training and enhance the market conduct framework. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Accountancy with preferably 3 years of experience in insurance or financial compliance. Must possess CMFAS certifications (RES5/M5, M9, M9A, HI) and proficiency in data processing.
