About this role

Drive the capability development of Tied Distribution Consultants by designing and delivering training programs and e-learning modules. Manage onboarding initiatives and use data analytics to evaluate training effectiveness and support business KPIs. Requires 1-2 years of experience in insurance or bancassurance with a minimum Diploma qualification. Must possess CMFAS certifications (M5, M9, M9A, HI) and preferably be ACTA/ACLP certified.
