Senior Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities Manage full set of accounting functions including billing, receipts, and payments Perform daily bank and account reconciliations, including incoming fund tracking Review and act as final checker for AP& AR document accuracy Prepare GST returns and financial reports within deadlines Support month-end and year-end closing activities Assist in audit queries and providing required documentation Participate in ongoing finance projects and documentation tracking Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently to prepare financial documents and reports Job Requirement: Minimum Diploma in Accounting Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Proficiency in accounting / Quickbooks software, Microsoft Office, and strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
