Coordinator/Officer /Mon-Fri,8.15am-5.30pm /Up to $2,800 @Tuas Assign daily administrative tasks to team members. Ensure all tasks are completed and solve any administrative issues that may arise. Coordinate with admin/operation staff, and guide the new hires. Provide customer service, prepare shipping documents & monitor shipments being cleared. Ensure KPI are met for all incoming/outgoing, and coordinate for warehouse activities. Collaborate with departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
