Responsibilities: Manage incoming/outgoing includes receiving, storage & distribution of products & inventory records. Coordinate between admin and operation staff. Provide customer service support via phone and email. Prepare shipping documents andimport/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place. Monitor and ensure shipments beingcleared and delivered as prescribed. Ensure Key Performance Indexes are metfor all incoming and outgoing activities. Coordinate with supervisor for warehouseactivities. Collaborate with other departments tofulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
