Production Engineer @Tuas

Production Engineer /5 days /Up to $4,000 - $4,800 @Tuas Manage, coordinate, delegation and scheduling of all incoming jobs and ensure timely delivery. Understand requirements of all manufacturing, servicing and improvement project. Manage from start to completion of projec by working with stakeholders to resolve issues. Manage workshop loadings, direct labour hours, overtime, rework, scrap, deliveries, downtime etc. Organize weekly production meeting to provide status update to all relevant departments. Assist formulate shop floor production plans and optimize production hours. Identify competency of production staffs and assign suitable work tasks. Manage grievances arising and motivate employees to boost their morale. Work with departments to develop, implement and conduct training to enhance competency. Conduct annual performance appraisal for employees & work with QHSE on quality issues. Review on PCR and work with internal depts/customer to clarify specs/ requirements. Resolving bottleneck situations and determining root cause, corrections and corrective actions. Initiating purchase requisition, prepare monthly reports, and deal with provider on technical issues.
