About this role
Customer Service Officer/Executive (Export) /Mon-Fri, 9am -6.30pm; Alt Sat, 9am -1pm Attend calls and provide flight details to customer upon receiving booking within the SLA. Check on Export Documents accordance to compliance and Airfreight rates apply is correctly. Apply export permit and other export custom documents processed on timely manner Monitor onboard status and informed customer on any abnormality. Liaise with departments to address the concern (Ops , Warehouse , Traffic , planning team) Update on new changes / requirement by airlines or governmental requirement Ensure monthly customer report is submitted.
