Please find the job details below: Position Details Position Code: 12052518 Working Days: Monday to Friday Off Days: Weekends Key Deliverables Lead detailed blending, scheduling, and inventory management for a specific area, country, region, product, or asset mix to ensure supply reliability to affiliates and external customers. Coordinate with Refineries, Retail, Commercial, Aviation, and Marine Fuels partners to forecast and plan supply/demand balances, identify shorts and lengths for optimizers/traders, and trigger vessel requirements to SeaRiver/BML. Lead and execute the overall supply plan to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fuel products to internal and external customers while meeting quality requirements. Implement supply and logistics activities for bulk movement of feedstocks and products, including pipeline, marine, rail, and truck transportation. Ensure timely and accurate transactional data entry for risk, margin capture, payment, and invoicing purposes. Utilize analytical tools to monitor vessel movements and generate market insights. Manage downstream refinery inventories in line with operating targets and year-end objectives. Support value creation and sales growth while maintaining service level expectations. Drive continuous improvement in work processes, cross-functional collaboration, and supply chain performance. Identify opportunities to reduce supply costs and improve profitability. Participate in system enhancement projects involving SAP, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence. Lead process improvement initiatives within Fuels S&OP operations. Lead Supply Response Teams during unplanned supply disruptions and product quality incidents. Ensure compliance with credit guidelines, regulatory requirements, transportation policies, and vessel screening processes. Manage Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS) and credit compliance. Support long-term supply and distribution strategy development through logistical expertise. Collaborate with Performance Improvement Analysts and Trading Analysts to identify value-added opportunities. Provide vacation coverage within AP Fuels S&OP as required (occasional travel may be necessary). Main Functions Liaise with Customs and Excise officers as well as third-party stakeholders. Verify shipping documents for endorsement and prepare cover letters for distribution to trading partners and affiliates. Maintain familiarity with trade regulations and compliance requirements. Actualize voyages and initiate freight payment and billing through online systems. Verify vendor invoices and reconcile discrepancies within the Intercompany Invoicing System (INNET). Follow up on credit and debit transactions with supplying sources. Troubleshoot operational system issues. Identify transportation optimization opportunities and cost savings. Analyze transportation spending and recommend efficiency improvements. Assist in managing dead stock, slow-moving inventory, and inventory redeployment plans. Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Strong communication skills, including interaction with government authorities. Proficiency with computer systems and logistics applications. Logical and analytical thinking for logistics optimization and process improvements. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
